It adopts backward-curved or airfoil impeller structures, which can effectively enhance combustion conditions, boost boiler thermal efficiency, and force flue gas to pass through dust removal, desulfurization equipment before being discharged to the atmosphere. For harsh operating scenarios with high dust content in flue gas, the blower can be equipped with replaceable anti-wear liners on the impeller and casing inner wall, greatly extending the service life of core components. It supports multiple driving modes including direct connection, belt drive and coupling transmission, and can be configured with air cooling or circulating water cooling systems according to different operating temperature requirements. The optional online monitoring modules, covering temperature sensors, vibration transmitters and lubrication condition detection units, can realize real-time data interconnection with the boiler DCS control system, automatically adjusting the fan speed and induced draught volume to match the boiler combustion state, so as to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
