Product introduction

Its core structure consists of a rigid, precision-machined closed casing, a pair of symmetric counter-rotating rotors, a set of high-precision synchronizing gears and heavy-duty sealed bearings. Driven by the external motor, the two rotors rotate in opposite directions at a strictly synchronized speed, never making physical contact with each other or the inner wall of the casing. As the rotors turn, fixed pockets of gas are trapped at the inlet side, transported completely along the casing wall to the discharge side, and pushed out to the downstream system. Unlike many other air compression devices, the Roots Blower does not generate internal compression inside the casing — pressure builds up only when the delivered gas meets the resistance of the downstream pipeline, which gives it the defining feature of maintaining a nearly constant airflow volume even when the system pressure fluctuates.
